For many people today looking for jobs abroad has become an attractive and easy option. Due to the global economy it is now possible to work in almost any country. Having said that most people will accept a job in another country by seeing it as a career move rather than thinking of the implications for them or their family.

• Employment contract; you should also take the time to analyze your contract and consider the proposals as they may differ from your current contract, things like taxes, benefits and health care coverage for you and your family.

• Length of stay; the cost of relocating with jobs abroad can be expensive so you need to consider how long you plan to stay for and your financial situation especially if you own property in your home country.

• Language barrier; probably the biggest barrier of all for most people, but it can also be fun learning a new language and in most cultures even mastering a few basic words can go a long way to gaining respect from the locals.
